Since 2020, Ben has collaborated with long-time friend and comedy writer Henry Morris, producing online satire — initially anonymously under the guise of The Secret Tory. Output ranges from fake news articles to comedy shorts, with turnaround times varying from minutes to weeks, often made with no budget.

The videos have featured voice performances from a number of established actors and comedians, including Hugh Grant, Steve Speirs, Ewen MacIntosh, Con O’Neill, and Rosie Holt.

The account has garnered over 200,000 followers, with many posts going viral. It has prompted a Cabinet Office investigation, received a fact check from Reuters, and attracted critical acclaim, national media coverage, and engagement from public figures across media, arts, politics, and entertainment.

The pair are currently working on some longer-format satire and narrative projects.
